I began as a real estate agent, working closely with families who aspired to own a piece of land but felt it was out of reach. In 2017, I founded SLNS Infra Developers with a clear mission: to create legally secure, well-developed open plots that serve not just the affluent, but especially middle- and working-class families. Every venture I’ve launched is designed with clear documentation, fair pricing, and essential infrastructure, so every hardworking family can confidently invest in their future. But I’m not stopping there. My vision is to create integrated developments—with parks, resort-like spaces, and future infrastructure projects—so that all people, regardless of class, can grow and thrive. I don’t measure success solely in plots sold, but in the communities we build and the lives we uplift.
